A one-hour personalized online consultation where we discuss your space, needs, and style. During the session, I provide tailored design recommendations and create live sketches to visualize ideas in real time. After the call, you’ll receive the sketches and key notes by email to help you move forward with confidence.

Design advice is provided per floor, based on an average multi-storey home. A standard ground floor package starts from 45 m². If you require additional rooms—such as a utility room, storage space, attic, or bedroom—this can of course be arranged, and a tailor-made quote will be provided.
If a bathroom is part of the floor being designed, it is included in the package price.
Customized designs
Whether it’s a bedroom, home office, attic, or storage space—every room deserves thoughtful design. As an addition to your interior plan, I create a design that aligns seamlessly with your home, both in function and style.

The design includes 2D technical drawings for production, 3D visualizations to help you envision the result, as well as material and color advice. If relevant, a lighting point proposal can also be included (e.g. for integrated lighting).

Early planning helps avoid visible cables and ensures perfectly placed sockets and light points during construction.

2D architectural drawings prepared for construction permit applications (gemeente). The service includes clear and compliant plans tailored to local requirements, with two revision rounds: one prior to submission and one after receiving feedback from the gemeente, ensuring accuracy and a smoother approval process.
